If you own an MP3, CD or cassette player, have your own sounds and want to save some money on a FoxPro remote caller, then the AR4 is the caller for you. Just connect the AR4 to the headphone jack with the included patch cable and you’re good to go!

The AR4 shares the same dual-speaker housing, high-power amplifier, and battery configuration as FoxPro's immensely popular FX3 digital caller, but is designed to use your external audio source. Like the FX Series of callers, Separate switches allow the user to select either or both internal speakers. Jacks are provided for an external speaker and to charge or power the unit from an alternate power source.

Run times vary depending on the volume used. At moderate volume levels, batteries will last for a full day of calling. For extended run times or extreme volume levels, an optional 12-volt Gel-Cell battery pack is available. Remote features include: volume up/down, mute, auxiliary on/off (for controlling a decoy like the Jack-In-The-Box) and a new coaxer button, which will automatically stop your external audio source, and activate the AR4’s built-in rodent sound. Some hunters like to switch to a rodent sound when predators begin their approach, and this gives you that option. Note that this sound cannot be changed.
