This Hog Dog 4" Cut Collar is constructed of 2 pieces of ballistic nylon and cordura overlaid to a piece of felt, sewn down with two 2" wide pieces of heavy-duty webbing and bound edges all the way around. This cut collar has two 1" wide straps with 1" nickel-plated buckles to fasten and includes a loop on the backside to accommodate any excess collar and a D-ring in the middle to connect a leash.
