  • Primos Rut Roar Deer Call
    $24.95

The all rubber construction of the Rut Roar allows you to manipulate the call to be blown full volume (the Roar) to much lighter tending grunts without having to adjust the reed. Primos also increased the chamber size of the challenge wheeze to get increased volume and range out of it. And, Primos bettered the form fit to your arm so that the Rut Roar is always at the ready but out of the way. The Rut Roar is the best deer grunt on the market, period.

  • Zepp's Payoff Coon Squaller
Zepp's Payoff Coon Squaller represents an industry best. It is 100% swirl acrylic, which makes it very expensive to make and gives each call its own unique look. No two of them look exactly alike. The Payoff is 100% American made in Mark Zepp's shop. These are the prettiest acrylic squallers ever produced. If you compare them to anything else similar in price, this squaller should cost over $200.00. The fit, finish and attention to detail is not like anything else ever produced in our sport. Each call is precision milled in Zepp's CNC machine and then hand buffed one at a time to bring out the color and luster. There are four laser engravings on each Payoff squaller. Two raccoon engravings, the Zepp’s Coon Squaller logo and “The Payoff”. The Payoff is super realistic sounding. It has an extra large sound chamber on the top half and twice the “horn” or “speaker” on the bottom half of anything similarly priced giving it more volume than other two reed squallers. This attention to detail gives it nicer “ring” and louder sound. Zepp's Payoff Coon Squaller is available in 7 different color patterns.

  • Locklear's Liquid Mice Predator Bait
Locklear's Liquid Mice Predator Bait is a natural bait for coyotes, fox, bobcats and wolves. Study after study shows that mice are a major part of these predators' diets. They hunt, chase and eat them every day. They also have no fear of mice. This is why Liquid Mice is such a deadly bait for predators. It is great for those hard to catch predators that may be shy from other smells. Liquid Mice is not exactly fresh, but the perfect aged smell that coyotes and fox go head over heels crazy for. It does not have a rotten junk smell that some baits have. The process of taking mice, collecting and concentrating the mouse odor is not simple or quick. It takes great understanding of the process to get all of that almost fresh mouse smell into a bottle. The results of Liquid Mice will show you the proof, with the piles and piles of fur in your fur shed from using it on your own trap line. Locklear's Liquid Mice is great at dirt holes and flat sets. A little goes a long way at each set. One neat trick is to soak small T-Bones in Liquid Mice to let all that mice goodness soak into the bone, and you will have a fast, easy deadly flat set for predators. Liquid Mice can also be a handy and effective trap set refresher that will not turn off any animal when it mixes with other lures or baits that were in the dirt hole or on the flat set from the time you made the original set. If you're not sure about the lure or bait odor on the set from age or bad weather, add a little Liquid Mice and you are good to go. Liquid Mice is also a great trailing scent for coyotes and fox. Mice will always grab the attention of a predator. Nothing in Liquid Mice will cause a coyote or fox to turn on its flight or fight radar and go on high alert. All you have to do is lead the coyote or fox right over your trap with a line of Liquid Mice. No need to treat this like inexpensive fish oil, because it is not. Don't waste this valuable product by squirting big shots leading to your set. You just need 3 to 4 drops per foot. This is handy to get a coyote, fox or wolf to slow down in front of your sets, which can sometimes be the hardest thing to do.
  • Locklear's The Hammer Lure
    $25.00
Locklear's The Hammer Lure is a powerhouse coyote, fox and bobcat lure that is strong and works on the nervous system on two different levels for predators. This lure is different. It is a four part call lure. It speaks to the coyote and other predators on all four senses. It is a liquid lure that has zero urine or other fillers in it, but holds up in the weather very well and very long. Sometimes this lure gets the coyote to be so aggressive that you have to pull traps back a little bit. They can totally wreck your set with a crazy amount of rage. The reason for the rage and almost panic to get to this lure goes back to the way The Hammer fires up the nervous system. The Hammer works on old adult coyotes, plus the females and the young. Use with or without bait in dirt hole sets. Most coyote sets need bait to be hitting on all cylinders. Sometimes it is good to not use bait for a change up. Great on flat sets and post type sets. It shines with flat sets -- just push some wool or cotton into a crack or hole, put a little of The Hammer on it and hold on. Great for early trapping season and deep cold winter trapping, plus for you ADC guys, it is killer in spring control work. 4 oz. bottle.

  • Joseph Gary Crance's "The Last Coon Hunter" Book
    $21.95
Joseph Gary Crance's "The Last Coon Hunter" Book is the first novel in the Ryland Creek Saga. This 251 page softcover book was written in 2017. It was a simpler time as widower Jacob Ernst struggles to raise his two young sons, Nathan and Mead, on their modest farm. They've grown up listening to the nighttime songs of hounds in the pursuit of the wily ringtail. Chasing raccoon through darkened hills, Jacob teaches his sons the legends of their hometown and a deep respect for all woodland creatures. Hunting and the lessons taught keep the Ernst family together. And the brothers bond with their dogs -- loyal to one another until the end. For this is Painted Post -- a storied place where the lessons of life, love, and death play out beneath its mighty oaks. But worlds collide. Evil follows the Ernst family and their hounds into these mystical hills. The scourge of the illegal drug trade, coupled with the treachery of one of their own, leads to an inevitable showdown. Some will learn that not all of Painted Post's vivid tales are pure legend, and this rugged woodland will wield its own brutal justice. For in the darkest hollows, solid bonds are forged. Joseph Gary Crance was born in upstate New York near his hometown of Painted Post. The author spent hundreds of nights with his father, a New York State Forest Ranger, and their dogs chasing raccoon through the hills bounding this scenic land. After a career in the U.S. Air Force, he returned to Painted Post with his family -- back to the woodland hollows of his youth to again listen to the nighttime songs of hounds in the pursuit of the wily ringtail. Admittedly, the author does not climb these unchanging hills as fast as he once did. But that's okay. For the hounds and the oaks have a great deal of patience.
